tonight was @LovelyMonika’s first photo shoot with bohocrush.. and let me tell you.. this woman is a GIFT!
When someone has passion it shines.. radiates.. pulsates. I feel like i was given the best birthday present ever..

until tonight i’d never done pinup style hair and makeup on anyone besides myself. I was so excited to get Monika ready for her shoot. I have been researching all sorts of tip, tricks, and hints for the occasion and it all came in handy.

LisaFreemontStreet has some great you tube videos with all sorts of helpful knowledge. This one in particular stuck out in my mind as i was getting monika ready.

I am so excited for the doors that opened in my mind tonight.
My creative confidence is blossoming further and i’m so elated by the energy we all shared. There is so much passion in this world and i love to stir my hot coals and build that fire.

I think tonight was the first time i got to know more about Monika and see her sweet personality shine. one of my favorite things about boho shoots is getting to know the girls through the process.

She makes up the most delightful words.. we found that we have a few in common and she dropped a few awesome ones into my word bank.. like.. “spifandrifulus” hahaa it just sounds like the perfect way to describe how amazing the night was.

I’m so impressed with the way this girl moves. she’s very attentive and aware of her body.. she was born to be a pinup. She even practices her movements in a mirror.. something i highly suggest for all sorts of performing and modeling. seeing your body move helps create muscle memory and body awareness.

Today i was reminded to love, commit, challenge myself, do the best i can always, and step it up a notch. I feel blessed to have been given such a magical night. Thank you universe!! : )

I love to teach myself new things. I managed to get my hands on Xeno Dream and decided i want to teach myself to use it. after reading, playing, and exploring this amazing software, i managed to make my first image.

My excitement doesn’t come from an ego space, but i am really excited to have created this! I have these dreams that i can never put word or picture to and i know if i stick with this i will be able to create my little dream worlds into visuals that will better help me to express my creative self.

sharing bliss is my path.. the journey is still unfolding.
